Dear GRACIOUS LORD JESUS

Dear GRACIOUS LORD JESUS,

Thank you for taking my place on the CROSS
Where I should have been laid.

As I walked along Raffles Place,
I came to a little shop in China Square
Where I read these stirring words of LOVE.

A certain young fellow asked the LORD Jesus,
How much do You LOVE me?
You answered, this much...

You stretched out Your hands and died
on that Cross.

As I read those LOVING words,
My heart was moved and tears of LOVE filled my eyes
All over again.

Teach me to LOVE You LORD JESUS,
In a fresh new way that I may go forth and proclaim
All that You have done, that the whole world may know.

That You demonstrated Your LOVE
In such manner where and when no one could have done.
