"She told me that if I source for someone to takeover I have to take my commission from the new tenant. she was looking for takeover fee of SGD $14,000 2) In early Feb 2014 I arranged with Ms Anitta to meet at the F&B Space at Fortune Centre as she was also looking for one. I told her that the Rental was SGD $3,200 at the same time, I specifically told her that she has to pay me a commission equivalent to a month's rental plus GST and she acknowledged it. she was aware that I am not taking any commission from the Owner of the unit. 3)An arrangement was made for her to viewthe uniton 5th Feb 2014. She was interested in the unitand asked for more info like the items for takeover as she would like her advisors to value them. An email of the details sent by Ms Rajeswary's Daughter Aarthi was forwarded to Ms Anitta. I advised ms anittathat the landlord has in principle agreed to a rental of SGD $3,200 per month Subject to GST. 4) As Ms Anitta wanted to seethe items before continuing an arrangement was made for her and her partner to view on 24 April 2014. In the meantime Ms Anitta commutating Ms Rajeswary and Ms Aarthi without my knowledge and in my absence from Singapore. She has insisted on two occasions that I need not be present when she met up with Ms Rajeswary an s Aarthi to discuss on the item for takeover and to discuss the takeover fees for the items. 5) After both parties have agreed on the terms, an arrangement was made to sign a New Tenancy with the land lord for Ms Anitta 16 April 2014 at 4pm. 6) When I reached Fortune Centre with my Manager Ms June Leng Ms Anitta, Ms Rajeswary Ms Aarthi were there. But the Land Lord was absent. Ms Anitta told me that she will not pay me my commission which she has agreed earlier before she viewed the premise but instead will pay me a token sum. She told me that the negotiation for takeover fees was done by her but ironically she was the one who insisted that she does not want me to be present when she met up with Ms Rajeswary and Ms Aarthi she has also been bypassing the proper channel of communication and instead liaising directly with Ms Rajeswary and Ms Aarthi via email, sms and phone and discussing on issues which should have been done through her agent. 7) I have given her the benefit of doubt as I trusted that she would act professionally in her dealings. I am upset that she has not only acted on things without my knowledge but also try to avoid paying my rightful commission. I wish to claim my commission of SGD $3,2oo plus GST from Ms Anitta.

Tweaks, or an entire roll-back of the additional buyers stamp duty (ABSD) and the total debt service ratio (TDSR) would be most welcomed by the sector. Donald Han, Managing Director at Chesterton Singapore, said: "Our wish is for the government to consider scaling back or loosening certain measures which have yielded the desired results." Notably, the introduction of the ABSD as well as the seller's stamp duty saw sub-sales and foreigners' participation rates in the Singapore property market hit new lows, while the TDSR framework has successfully slammed the brakes on skyrocketing property prices and transaction volumes. But time can also make things less valuable. For example, that cash you’re hiding under your mattress or have parked in a savings account that pays .001-.05% actually loses 3-4% of its value every year. You can thank inflation for that (if you don’t know what that is, read this). But some investments can be pretty inflation-resistant – especially certain watch brands. No, I’m not talking about that $20 Casio you’ve seen at Bugis Street. I’m talking about precision, quality, handmade timepieces. And hey, looking stylish is always a bonus. Investment Grade Watch Brands That Hold Their Value I want you to protect and grow your cash, but let me be clear – do not put all of your savings into buying expensive timepieces! If anything, a watch should be just a small part of your investment portfolio. In fact, every reputable watch retailer will tell you that the biggest reason you should purchase a watch is because you like it, not because you want to make cash from it. Not only that, they’re also made from the finest materials money can buy, and they’re scarce – only 50,000 are made annually! If you’re purely focused on the investment aspect of watch buying (15K for entry models) – this is the brand to get. 2. Audemars Piguet 9031668737_0f0b374fc1_b Audemars Piguet watches similar to those made by Patek Philippe in many ways – they’re expensive (15K for entry models), they’re very complex (split-second chronographs), and they’re extremely limited (only 26,000 are made annually). The Royal Oak Offshore series is particularly sought after by collectors as the ultimate stainless steel luxury watch. 3.
